Bed and breakfast sas Damas

Getting there means taking a partly unpaved road, and the agriturismo can seem remote at first. Once you arrive, though, the surrounding hills and Chiaramonti look wonderful. At night there’s no noise and the sky fills with stars like I’ve never seen before. The rooms are simple and clean. Alessandro is kind and helpful, takes care of everything, and makes authentic meals with really flavorful fruit and vegetables. You can taste the care and passion he puts into his cooking. We wanted somewhere peaceful but still within easy reach of the most popular beach resorts, and this property was ideal. Ale, the owner, is simply fantastic! Simone and Daniela.

Beautiful location, just five minutes from the highway, in a lovely quiet setting. The owner is super friendly and really does his best. He doesn’t speak English, but he’s great with translate and clearly explains where to find everything. You’re basically staying in the gentleman’s own little house, so don’t expect luxury. It’s simple, but everything you need is there. It was a bit hard to find at first because of the unpaved road. 9/10! 👍

We were just passing through on Sunday, June 18th, and had a great time. For €40, Alessandro served a huge homemade appetizer, then malloreddus with sausage sauce, plus wine, coffee, and myrtle liqueur.
