BB Villa Garden

The villa and its garden full of different plants are lovely, and there's a restaurant downstairs that we had an excellent lunch at. We stayed Saturday night while passing through after our holiday, on a friend's recommendation. The owner was very courteous and kind. He waited to hand over our room keys and explain where breakfast would be the next morning. We knew we'd have to make do with breakfast. Our room was very clean, had its own bathroom, and came with all the comforts. We paid €50, with air conditioning available for an extra €10.

For €25 per person with breakfast in high season, the price was exceptional. The double room was clean and comfortable, and the location is handy, just a few steps from the highway. At that price, you can't expect more. I'll come back.

A beautiful villa turned into a B&B, with covered parking available if you ask for it when booking. Breakfast is included, and the rate is about the same as other B&Bs that offer much less. A very good place to stay if you need to be near the highway junction.

We arrived on August 16th as agreed and found out by phone that our room wasn't available. The owner said he'd already notified us, though his earlier call on the 14th had only asked if we were arriving, and he'd just said, "Unforgivable mistake" before hanging up. We'd booked for the 16th by text, so he hadn't made the situation clear at all. When I complained, he treated us terribly. We ended up sleeping in our car, and were even told we should "wash our ears." A horrible experience with a manager who was completely in the wrong. If you book here, check that the reservation was written down correctly. Best regards.
