Giorgio greeted me warmly at Chocho's guesthouse and showed me to my room for the night. I was surprised there was no key at all, just contactless access. In the room he explained the tablet, which controls the light brightness and color, heating and cooling, and the hot tub outside, among other things. The bathroom was shared, but very clean, and I had no issues with the other guests. Giorgio served a hearty breakfast the next morning. The overnight stay felt completely fair and affordable, even on a budget.

I stayed in Elsa, named for Giorgio’s mother, and felt right at home. The rooms have their own bit of his family history, alongside a home automation system that makes the place feel a little futuristic. Everything was spotless and had every comfort, and the minibar was a real treat. Meeting his sweet animals felt like being welcomed into the family. Giorgio is an old-school host, kind, courteous, funny, easygoing, always up for a chat, and ready to help with anything. Thanks for everything, see you soon for coffee and our usual chat!

I was in Chivasso for work for just a few days, but would have happily stayed longer for the peaceful atmosphere, pool, home automation, and the relaxing animals. The place has good energy, and chatting with Giorgio feels like talking to a friend. Viva el chocho always and in any case.

I had a good stay at CHOCHO'S B & B in Chivasso in February 2024. The room was very clean and large, with a TV, towels, hair dryer, and other basics. My bathroom was out in the hallway rather than in the room. The owner was very helpful and explained a lot. Breakfast was good, and the price was affordable, excellent value for money. If I’m back in Chivasso, I’ll stay at this Residence again, if I find the right place.
