Teresa Rooms&Suites

Awful, avoid this place. I've had much the same bad experience as another guest. We booked through a common booking site and had no other issues anywhere else on our six-week trip. Teresa suites was supposed to be paid at the hotel on arrival. Before that, though, we received a suspicious email saying our card details needed updating. I checked that everything was correct and entered them again without any problem. A new booking confirmation came through, and the booking site still showed us as confirmed, with no message saying the reservation had been cancelled. When we arrived with our two very, very small children, we had to beg through a noisy intercom just to be let in. The woman was extremely rude and refused to help us at all, then hung up on us twice. We suspect they may have raised the price closer to the date and dropped our booking because they hadn't taken payment yet. Avoid at all costs!
