I arrived around 10:30 pm after a late flight, but nobody was there. I rang the bell for a long time before calling the number. A woman said she'd come, so I waited another 15 minutes alone on the street late at night. As a woman travelling solo, I didn't feel safe, and it wasn't a nice welcome. If guests are expected to let you know before arriving, please message them about that. Some people don't have cell phone service.

The double room at the Kristal was spacious, and they supplied plenty of towels. Service was good, and breakfast was simple but did the job. It's good value for money and about 10 minutes from the airport, which was handy.

Hi, I'm staying here in September and have a question for the owner or a past guest. Do the rooms have an iron and a blow dryer? We're going to a wedding and hope to pack as lightly as possible.

September 2017. The comfort, breakfast, reception, and hospitality were all top marks. SUPER! I recommend it to everyone!

A superb, sophisticated room, and very close to the airport.
