Laura was attentive and helpful with what we needed at this B&B in Città della Pieve’s historic center. We stayed in the tower layout, where a trapdoor and spiral staircase connect two rooms. One has a sitting area and looks onto Via Vannucci, the main street, just a few meters from the Duomo and city center. The place is tastefully furnished and suits different needs. I’d recommend it for a family trip or a romantic weekend.

Casina Mazzuoli makes a lovely base for exploring Città della Pieve’s sights on foot, right in the center of town. Set in a historic building on Corso Vannucci, this B&B brings together modern comfort and an old-world feel. The rooms have period furniture and exposed stone walls, with care taken over the details. Free Wi-Fi is available, as are non-smoking and family rooms. It’s a special place with plenty of elegance and history.

Laura welcomed us with great energy and lots of useful advice. We stayed in the lower part of the tower this time, and plan to come back to see the other rooms. The location is convenient, though parking can be a little awkward. Leave the car outside the restricted traffic zone (ZTL), and it’s only a few minutes’ walk from there.

The suite gets lots of light and is spacious and well furnished, with air conditioning. The location is lovely and very central. The room facing the main street is the only one that felt a little less comfortable. Breakfast is included, but served at a nearby pastry shop/ice cream shop. We had dinner at the restaurant "da Laura" and I highly recommend it.
