Le Terre Di Caprano

Gaia and her family run such a magical place. We’re definitely coming back. Highly recommend it, 200%!

After a tiring ride up the hill, I arrived near dark and was so relieved to find Le Terre di Caprano. I was cycling through the region and needed somewhere to rest. Gaia’s lovely hilltop B&B, overlooking Citta di Castello, had been suggested by someone at a local Agroturismo spot that couldn't take me at short notice. The room was warm, comfortable, clean, and tastefully done, with a lovely smell. Gaia had thought of everything, from soaps, candles, and teas to all the little details. She was concerned she couldn't sort dinner at short notice on a quiet Tuesday, but there was more than enough delicious food for two meals. I saved some for lunch the next day. I wish I could've stayed longer, with all the wines and other good food there seemed to be to explore. Gaia was incredibly kind, put up with my terrible Italian, and even helped me fix a phone charger problem. She was a real lifesaver. Thank you!

Gaia even made sure we had bowls for our dog, something I'd never found at a stay before. My husband, our dog, and I had a wonderful time at her B&B. The hospitality and care for details were amazing, and she seemed to anticipate everything we might need. We'd highly recommend it.

A relaxing, well-kept B&B tucked into the Umbrian hills, surrounded by nature. The accommodations are excellent, and Gaia, the owner, is incredibly kind and helpful. Thank you for everything!
