B&B Lume Blu

A truly awful experience! There were four of us in a room with no TV and no proper towels. The ones they gave us were beach towels. The so-called mini-fridge was like a tiny car fridge, didn’t cool, and could fit at most one bottle. We even had to ask for toilet paper. The price said breakfast and a kitchenette were included, but neither was. The bathroom’s jacuzzi didn’t work. Thankfully, we’d only booked 2 nights!

The bathroom setup was bizarre: its window looks into a closed room, almost like a cellar. The jacuzzi shower didn't work, there was no TV or Wi-Fi, and the room had barely any basics. No water, no disposable soap, and the empty mini-fridge could hardly fit a bottle. We ran out of the half roll of toilet paper by the second morning and had to use the bathroom at the bakery nearby. Asking for more would apparently have been like asking them to starve. We booked directly with the owner by phone and were promised breakfast, but none was served. They sent us to a pastry shop, saying a Covid notice had come out overnight that banned breakfast service. After a lot of insisting, we got €20 back, left crumpled in an envelope under the door at 1 a.m., along with a WhatsApp message saying they were “starving.” They don't take card payments, which is legally required, and hadn't told us in advance. We couldn't get into the room until we had the cash. The ATM they sent us to wasn't working, so the owner then drove us to the car to get the money. They also kept messaging us four days after checkout, accusing us of taking a hairdryer. We hadn't used one or even seen it in the room. Absolutely avoid this place. Surreal, and unbelievable.

The place was very clean and nicely furnished, with air conditioning and a Jacuzzi.
