Claudio and Samuele deserve a big thumbs up. Reception staff spoke English and were really helpful. The room was clean and had what I needed, and breakfast was good, though very Italian in style. It's a nice hotel. My one gripe was the TV: it had Sky, but we couldn't log into our Netflix account to watch movies.

Best bed and best food of our trip. We were traveling as a group and stayed in several places, but this was the best hotel. I wish we'd made it to the beach nearby, maybe next time :)

The location isn't as central as some other hotels, but the drive into the city center takes about 5 minutes, or bus route #4 goes there. There's a shopping center right across the road and a LIDL grocery store up the road with good prices. The hotel has a modern Western feel, great rooms for under 200€, a pool, fitness center, and a complimentary breakfast with lots of choices.

We paid 85 Euro for each single room and got only six hours of sleep, with no breakfast, toilet, or shower. At check-in, we told reception we'd be leaving at 6 in the morning and asked if they could prepare coffee and croissants since breakfast normally starts at 7. They assured us a small breakfast would be ready. But at 5:30, when we got up to shower and use the toilet, the hotel had no water because its pump had failed. Reception couldn't say when it would be fixed, so we tried to wash our faces and hair with two small bottles of still water from the minibar. At checkout, we reminded the new receptionist about the breakfast arrangement and found out nobody had told him. Breakfast wouldn't be ready until 7. It was a bad experience for us. Think twice before booking this hotel.

I've been returning to this hotel for seven years, apart from a three-year break because of COVID-19, and I'm already looking forward to coming back next year. The owners are approachable and cordial, and treat their staff with respect. It's the only hotel in the whole area with a complete range of services, and it's family friendly, with family bikes and a huge free parking area. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The restaurant is amazing, with food at Michelin caliber and very honest prices. Giordano, the young Lad, and three lovely ladies are courteous and pleasant. At reception, the two Serenas, Alice, Giuseppe, Alex, and Irene are extremely attentive to what you need.
