I had everything I needed during my three-month work assignment from the UK. My apartment at Hotel Dimorae was comfortable and clean, and the staff looked after me really well. The area was quiet enough, and the location put me close to everything. For one person staying long term, it was perfect.

The rooms were tiny, though clean. It's handy for the seaside without being too noisy, but a bit far from the town's nicer restaurants. I'd recommend it only for a quick overnight stop.

The rooms are roomy and bright, with very comfortable beds. Ours had a hot water kettle, and there's a capsule coffee machine in the shared area. We also had a dedicated workspace, and the hotel faces a main street that isn't very busy. The decor is subtle and calming, with lovely paintings along the walkways. The staff were courteous, and we really enjoyed staying here. It's newly built and very close to Civitanova Beach and the city market. There are lots of places to eat nearby, and the main market area is a short walk away.

The kids were welcome, and our room was clean. Breakfast was included and very good. It's a great spot, just a five-minute walk from both the beach and the centre. There's lots of free parking nearby, and if you can't find a space, they have a paid garage.
