The rooms were spacious and close to everything, but the views weren't good, despite what was advertised. Be prepared for them to ask for photos of everyone's ID and passports on arrival. They hadn't told us in advance, and said it was the law, but when I asked around, nobody knew of such a law, so be careful. There's no rooftop place to sit for breakfast or dinner. The continental breakfast is in the room, and there was plenty of it, but we're diabetic and couldn't eat much of that sort of food. The rooms were clean, though they left the windows wide open without screens. Since the train station is across the street, the room had bugs and smelled when we got back from Rome. It was just very different.

Cherie kept us informed before arrival and during registration, and answered all our questions easily. The hotel was a short walk from the train station and very central for restaurants, shops, and sightseeing. We enjoyed the room and its facilities, and the in-suite breakfast was plentiful. We'd gladly recommend the hotel to others.

The lady was super nice and explained everything about the hotel. The room was small but really cute, with a great view. I loved watching the trains go by. The location was great, and they drove us to the port for 10 euro per person. An excellent choice.

We needed a room just for the day so we could work on our laptops before catching the midnight ferry. It was stocked with healthy snacks, coffee, tea, fruit, and baked goods. The Wi-Fi was incredible, and my husband could host his webinar in a really clean, quiet space. We highly recommend staying here and only wish we could have stayed overnight.
