The garden and parking lot were lovely, and the view across the Civitavecchia port was beautiful. We were three people on a work trip, sharing two rooms. The owners were kind, the place was meticulously clean, and the service was very courteous. Breakfast was excellent, and the furnishings deserve a compliment. With a car, it's easy to get to the city center and other destinations, and it would work well for a family holiday too. Thanks, and see you next time. Highly recommended!

The rooms were spotless, the owners warm and friendly, and a full breakfast was included. We also appreciated the peaceful setting and sea view. There is secure parking at the property, close to the villa. They can also arrange cruise ship parking with an affordable, convenient transfer to the port. Highly recommend it. Maurizio

We had a wonderful stay with our dog. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and spotless, and the bathroom was fabulous. The owners were kind, discreet and helpful. Just beyond Civitavecchia, the place looks out over the sea and port, with greenery and plenty of quiet around it. It's easy to reach and well signposted.

We were relieved it was only one night. The breakfast was awful, with discount croissants and a coffee machine that barely worked. The road was full of potholes and impassable. The room and bathroom weren't very clean either: holes in the sheets, dirty headrests, and a broken bidet faucet that leaked from the siphon box onto the floor when used.

The family running the place were welcoming and helpful, and there was plenty of parking. Our room was clean and tidy. It's a quiet rural spot with a splendid view of the horizon and the nearby Port of Civitavecchia.
