I wouldn't stay here again. The check-in was awful and they weren't punctual. They had confirmed 13:00-14:00, but from 13:00 I called the owner six times, as shown in my call log, because she didn't answer my WhatsApp messages or calls. She eventually replied and arrived later. She apologized verbally and said she'd been busy on another call. That isn't professional for a business, especially when messages go unanswered. I've stayed at many B&Bs and hotels, and this has never happened to me. The room itself was nice and had AC, but the mosquito net kept moving around and needs replacing. The toilet was outside the room, moldy and smelly, with no air coming in. They should find a way to put the toilet inside the room. There was a hair dryer and shower gel, but no shampoo, which they said they don't provide, and there wasn't a bidet towel either. Breakfast was packaged food, milk, coffee, juice, and similar items. I paid 87 euros for this B&B, after staying the night before at a three-star hotel five minutes from Roma Termini Station for 82 euros, with a perfect open buffet breakfast. There are also three-star hotels in Civitavecchia for the same price with better service. I chose this place because it was next to the train station and booked through booking, so I expected a bit better quality. It fell short of what I expected and wasn't worth it.
