The lake is included within the property's outer fence, with another fence around the house itself. There’s a large living room with a fireplace that’s a real plus in winter, while in summer the pool does its job perfectly. Inside, the modern villa is well maintained, with three double bedrooms, a kitchen, and several bathrooms. Outside there’s a private grove and carefully kept greenery. It’s an enchanting place. Just keep in mind that lots of cats live in the area if your dog doesn’t get along with them.

We had total privacy here, tucked away among the trees with our own pool. The house is a little older, though the interior was renovated fairly recently, and every bedroom has its own bathroom. You’ll need a car for errands. On arrival there was a huge basket of fruit and some wine, which I think the owner made himself. A very nice welcome.

I walk or run past here almost every day, so I think the outside looks beautiful. I can’t say more about it, though, since it’s a private residence.
10/10
Fresh air, all the comforts you need, and such a magical atmosphere!

A lovely house surrounded by forest, just right for a holiday in Tuscany.
