Casetta Francini

We brought our two dogs and had no issues, even with the many friendly cats around the house. The owner greeted us so warmly when we arrived in December. Our rooms were clean, comfortable, and well heated, and breakfast was generous, fresh, and delicious. The owner even made time for us despite our early schedule. There's plenty of parking, a pool, and breathtaking views. Just be aware that the farmhouse is reached by an unlit dirt road, though it was perfectly passable.

Chiara and Rolando were so kind and ready to help with anything. Breakfast was fantastic, generous, and full of homemade treats like jams, tarts, and pastries, along with fruit from their trees. The rooms were lovely, clean, and had everything needed. I spent a weekend in this enchanting place surrounded by nature, and the seasonal pool was a great way to unwind after exploring the city or Maremma. I'd definitely return if I get the chance.

The rooms are lovely, and there's a fantastic pool for anyone who just wants to unwind. Roberto and Ornella are friendly and happy to suggest itineraries. It's a peaceful, nature-filled spot that's well placed for exploring one of Italy's most beautiful areas, including the seaside at Castiglione della Pescaia.

The pool is beautifully maintained, with lovely views and sunsets, and it was a welcome escape during a very hot July. Each bedroom also has a large portable fan. Our family of nine found the house comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchen and a private bathroom in every bedroom. The hosts were friendly and helpful, and communication through Airbnb was excellent, with exceptionally quick replies. It's a quiet, relaxing place and a good base for the seaside and sightseeing.
