The balcony view was magnificent, with a whole range of mountains right above us. Our room was cozy, with lots of wood and a nice bathroom, and the owner was very pleasant and showed us around. We had a good stay, even on a rainy day, though breakfast was a little sparse. We booked through Booking.com because wellness and spa access were supposed to be included, but that wasn’t the case at check-in. The owner also runs the beauty salon Serenity, where you need to book a treatment to get free wellness access. Otherwise, it costs 15€ per person.

Really friendly hosts and a great atmosphere. The apartment was modern, clean, and had all the facilities we needed, plus a great wellness suite. There’s a garage and good facilities for cyclists, and it’s well set up for families with young children. Thanks, guys, we had a great time!

Serena and her mother were so welcoming, and everything was spotless and carefully looked after. The view was enchanting, and the location was perfect for our four unforgettable days at Villa Melisse with my children. Serena’s beauty center was the icing on the cake, with top-notch services. I hope we can come back soon!

At first, breakfast looked modest, but it turned out to be excellent, with quality ingredients that made for a solid start to the day. The freshly brewed coffee, made to order, was fantastic. The property was clean and modern, and had a wonderful aroma throughout. The owners were very approachable and helped us with lots of things. Most of all, they arranged a Sunday morning doctor's appointment in a neighboring town. The doctor accepted our European Health Insurance Card (EHIC) without a wait, and the hotel had let him know we were coming. Thank you so much for your help :)
