Glance Hotel In Florence

The staff were so friendly and accommodating, and Flavio deserves a special thank you for his professionalism and help throughout our stay. I'll be back when I return to Firenze. Grazi a tutti allo staff. The rooms were fantastic, and having air conditioning year round was a real plus for us foreigners who aren't used to the climate. The hotel is close to the train station, but far enough away that you don't hear the trains. Restaurants, shops, and churches are all nearby, and the rooftop pool and bar have a stellar view.

The concierge service is outstanding, and the rooftop pool and bar are a relaxing way to end a busy day. It's an excellent hotel in a central spot, with plenty of restaurants and shops close by. Most of the sights are a five to twenty minute walk.

Salvatore and the lovely woman working with him made breakfast at Glance Hotel Florence such a pleasure. They were cheerful, attentive, and genuinely helpful each morning, greeting guests with big smiles and making an effort to chat. They made the buffet feel warm and welcoming, and helped us feel at home. I especially appreciated their offer to take a family photo. It was a small thing, but it meant a lot since we came to Florence to make memories. Their kindness and positive energy made our mornings special. Glance Hotel is lucky to have them, and I highly recommend it.

The staff really made our visit memorable. They answered our questions promptly before we arrived, then were friendly and accommodating throughout the stay. Ricky, the bartender upstairs, was a highlight too. We're grateful to the whole team and the hotel for such a great experience. The location is an easy walk from shops, restaurants, markets, and tourist sights. Inside, the hotel feels elegant and modern. Our room was very clean, with a comfortable bed and a nice bathroom, and the sheets, towels, and water were refreshed daily. Breakfast and the cafe were both impressive. We also loved relaxing at the rooftop pool, with excellent drinks from the bar and incredible views of the city.
