Hotel Recort - Adults Only

We used the concierge to plan our hikes, and he listened well and put together exactly the sort of plans we wanted. Hotel Recort is beautifully designed with a lovely eco mindset, and the rooms are very large, with amazing views in several directions. We had a fabulous 5 nights in Colfosco in early September 2025. Since the hotel isn’t very large, we were able to eat at its restaurant every night. Each meal was different, with choices for several courses. The food was EXCELLENT, the service terrific, and the drinks wonderful. What a great vacation!

Impeccable service was the best part. Every staff member went out of their way to make us comfortable. From the underground parking and wonderful spa to the gondola just 50 meter away, everything was so well considered. The rooms were amazing, as was the recreation area with its indoor pool and outdoor hot tub. Attention to detail was second to none. The best ski hotel ever, perfection on every parameter. I’ll most definitely be back!

The hotel looks even better in person than in the photos. It’s very new, with a lovely design and care put into every detail, and it was super clean. The spa facilities are amazing. We don’t usually like eating at hotels, but the food here was amazing. They often put on something special, like local music or an Italian night, to make the evening special. The cocktails were great and not expensive. Service was professional but still funny, with Italian charm. Best hotel we’ve ever stayed at.

Breakfast was good, with light, healthy choices, and we had our own assigned table each morning. Since I’m lactose intolerant, they were able to offer alternatives. On our last day, there was locally sourced brioche with a choice of sweet or savoury filling. The spa was modern and well kept, with a steam room, sauna, chill room, pool, jacuzzi, and gym. Our room was cosy and had all the amenities we expected, exceptional finishes, and a balcony with amazing mountain views. It was our honeymoon, and they welcomed us with bubbly and macaroons. We don’t drink alcohol, so they offered a non-alcoholic version instead. The private car park felt secure, with sensor lights that came on as you drove in and out. It opens automatically up to a certain time, then you need to scan your card. There are lots of chargers for e-vehicles too. I felt like Batman driving in and out. Staff were extremely attentive, and our stay was the cherry on top of our trip in the dolomites. Hotel Recort is a fantastic base for a holiday in the Dolomites, between the east and west, and both areas are fairly easy to reach if you have a car. I’d highly recommend it.
