The spa was a lovely treat after hiking in the well-connected surrounding areas, and the dinners and breakfasts in the newly renovated common area were delicious. We were glad to come across this place. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and it was great value for the money. I highly recommend it.

The atmosphere was nice, and the service was both friendly and excellent.

The room and location are fine, but I wouldn’t recommend the service. Like Natalia, I had a similar experience: the host was pleasant at first, then there were a series of uncomfortable situations. The host made accusations, comments, and warnings in front of other guests, often in German, which I find incomprehensible.

The dinners were mediocre, and the price felt disproportionate to the service. What really spoiled the atmosphere of our trip was the owner’s terrible attitude. He was rude and humiliating towards us, making comments to other guests or speaking to us loudly enough for others to hear. We felt watched and judged throughout the property. There was none of the freedom or pleasant atmosphere you expect at Alpine resorts. I don’t recommend this place.

We had a wonderful holiday and would return. Everyone was very friendly, the rooms were really clean, and the bed was excellent. Breakfast was good and well prepared. Dinner was the real highlight: there were two dishes to choose from, and we enjoyed it so much. The evening meal was absolutely excellent, really delicious. Thank you.
