We’re very happy here and are coming back for the second year in a row. The village is small and romantic, with the apartments right by the ski slopes, grocery stores, the church, and lovely hiking trails. The location is perfect for us, and we love the place. It’s dog-friendly, which is a big plus. Alex and his wife are reliable, kind, welcoming hosts who are always available to help. The apartments are cleaned every day, and the cleaners are friendly, thorough, and attentive to detail. We normally book about a year ahead and make a partial payment four months before arrival to confirm the reservation. We’ve been extremely happy with both the accommodation and service this year, just as we were last year. We’ll definitely return, and highly recommend Apartments Settsass.

The kitchen had everything we needed, and the hosts were wonderfully welcoming. We’ve stayed here for a second year in a row, and the rooms, spotless cleanliness, and attentive service have all been excellent again. Many thanks to Alex and Shabnam. We’re already hoping to come back.

Alex and Shabnam were so warm and helpful, and the apartment was cosy, spotless, and had lovely views. We really enjoyed our two weeks at Residence Settsass and would love to return soon.

They cancelled our booking with no explanation, even though I’d reserved almost a year ahead. By then there were no other places left in the area, and they offered no suitable alternative, leaving us in a difficult spot. I wouldn’t trust this place or recommend booking it.

The owners were lovely and always willing to help, and it’s a great spot for a longer stay with a dog. From this place in the middle of small Calfosch, everything is easy to get to. Calfosch is also right in the heart of the Dolomites, making it easy to reach places throughout the region. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay.
