The balcony views are fantastic, day and evening, and this is a great base for visiting towns and wineries, all within at most a 1.5-hour drive. The apartment is right in the old town of Colle, with restaurants and a bakery close at hand. Our hostess Antonella made us feel welcome immediately. She left dolci, wine, and breakfast items on the first day, then brought us something nice to eat and drink each week. The rooms were spotless and had everything we needed. There’s a short walk to parking. Monday to Thursday, you can stop in front of the house briefly to unload, then carry your luggage up the stairs. At weekends the road is ZTL.

Inside the old commune walls of Colle di Val d'Elsa, this apartment is in a lovely location. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and our host was exceptional. I’d happily recommend it.

On April 19th and 20th, we stayed here and felt right at home. The cleanliness was impeccable, even the showers were super clean, the beds were comfortable, and there wasn’t a speck of dust. Mrs. Antonella kindly left a tart and juice for my son. She was truly hospitable and kind. I highly recommend the place and agree with the earlier reviews.

We arrived at the last minute, and Antonella welcomed us right away with real kindness. She even set up a crib for our little one. The apartment was in great shape, had a lovely view, and everything needed for a longer stay. Every room was impeccably clean, and the price was excellent too. Greetings from Luca, Sara, and little Gabriel!

We had a comfortable, clean apartment in the historic center, with a kitchen that was fully equipped. Coffee and tea were provided, as were toast and jam for breakfast, and the hostess also treated us to a delicious tart. Everything was perfect, including the price. Highly recommended.
