The rooms are quirky and cute, with playful decor, and the property is clean and well cared for. We didn't try breakfast, but the outdoor dining area looked delightful, and the views were astonishing. The owner was friendly and attentive, and happy to handle our special requests. It's a charming little gem, about twenty minutes from Pisa and Livorno and an hour's drive from Florence. Not a mainstream location, but highly recommended.

The owners' option of breakfast room service is brilliant, though we always chose to bring everything to the tables on the panoramic terrace. The interiors and outdoor spaces are beautiful, and the place suits all kinds of guests. It's a little corner of paradise in Tuscany, the kind of place that's rare to find!

Francesco and Davide were so kind, always available, and careful to look after every detail and their guests' needs. The terrace feels like a little paradise in the Livorno hills, and the breakfast croissants were delicious. We stayed six nights and rarely felt so comfortable. The B&B

Everything is furnished with such attention to detail, and the service is incredibly good, with so much care and dedication. It's a beautiful, peaceful B&B in a top location, perfect for getting away from the crowds. Highly recommended, so five stars 🥰🥰.

The terrace breakfast comes with an unparalleled view, and there's plenty of variety. The owner is courteous and friendly. The property is enchanting, a real paradise, and feels brand new and welcoming. It's easy to reach, with convenient parking on site. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a large modern bathroom, and everything was spotless and tidy. I'd recommend staying here to everyone.
