I loved the feel of this place, from the house and its decorations to the owner, who felt so authentically Italian. If you want to experience a bit of Italian life, come here. I'd stay again a thousand times if I were back in the area.

Loved this rustic, charming restaurant. The service was warm, and you can tell the food is made with care.

We were driving through the area and stopped for lunch, and it turned out to be a lucky choice. The venison and pork steak with wild mushrooms were both a treat. Before that, we had gnocchi with plums, which was a real taste sensation. Everything was fresh, seasonal, homemade, and delicious. I love places that make good food from simple ingredients, and this is just the sort of traditional Italian restaurant you hope to find while in Italy.

The dining room and salon have lovely Italian charm, and both breakfast and dinner were generous and great. The location worked really well, just a 7 minute drive to the slopes, and I’d return. The staff were the best part, so friendly and helpful. The rooms could use some updating: a new showerhead, faucet, and matching toilet seat would help. There are only three hangers in the wardrobe and no shelves, and the bathroom needs a spot for toiletries. I’d also prefer sheets with a duvet instead of blankets. Just a few friendly suggestions.
