Vitrum - Como Luxury Suites

The staff made us feel welcome as soon as we arrived. They stayed friendly and attentive, and were quick to help throughout our visit. Our suite also had an impressive view, which made it easy to relax. Aurum Luxury Comp Suites is beautifully designed, modern, elegant, and full of thoughtful details. We had an outstanding stay that exceeded our expectations, and we'd gladly return. Highly recommend it for a refined and comfortable visit.

We enjoyed it so much that we extended our stay, and would definitely come back. The place has a chic, special feel, more like a home away from home than a generic hotel. Staff were wonderful, the accommodations were optimal, and the location was superb. It also made it easy to get to Como's culture and experiences. A 10 out of 10 for us.

The Stripes Room at Aurum was a highlight of my time in Como. The artwork gave the room real feeling and depth, and the bold, stylish space felt modern and personal. The textures and lighting were carefully chosen, with comfort and sophistication balanced throughout. I could walk to the lakefront in moments, and the city center and good restaurants were close by. It was easy to explore Como's streets or spend time by the water. The Aurum team made everything feel welcoming and seamless, and I'm grateful for their warm hospitality. This is the kind of place I'd want to return to.

The room was darker than I like, though beautifully decorated, with a comfortable bed and an amazing shower with 5/6 outlets. There was a refrigerator stocked with items for sale. The hotel itself has no restaurant, gym, room service, or anything like that, but restaurants right at the doorstep and nearby made meals convenient. The church is directly across from the hotel. The walls were thin. I could hear voices and movement from the people above us, and a bit from the room across the way. Check-in and checkout were easy, and I had a good stay.
