We had a really good time here. The service was very friendly, and the waiters were especially kind and pleasant.

We were on Alta Via 2 when sickness forced us to make an emergency stop here. While waiting for the pharmacy to open, we stayed in the restaurant. Afterward, no taxis were available to get us to our rifugio, so one of the staff drove the two of us uphill in his own car. We never caught his name, but we're very grateful for his generous help and kindness.

Falcade's a great base for skiing. The ski bus stops right outside and the lift is only five minutes away. The hotel is in the heart of town, with nice rooms, delicious food, and helpful staff. The bathrooms in the older part of the hotel really ought to be renovated.

There's a friendly atmosphere and the staff are skilled and helpful. Food was very good and served in big portions, and the hotel ski bus came in handy. The building is huge, with lots of rooms and full facilities, plus activities for kids and adults. The main downside is that it can get quite crowded with guests.
