The staff were very friendly, and the price was decent with breakfast included. Rooms are clean and nice, and there’s an EsseLunga supermarket very close by. The hotel is near a bus station, so it’s easy to get to the city center. If you’re arriving by train, get off at Como Carmelata, which is much closer than Como San Giovanni.

The coffee at breakfast is sensational, and the breakfast itself is very good. The staff are friendly and helpful. The bus station and shopping mall are just around the corner. Rooms are on the small side, but neat and clean, with plenty of space for sleeping. Soundproofing is the one weak spot, the rooms are a little noisy from each other.

They arranged tickets for our lake boat trip and explained where to find the best restaurants and shops, as well as how to take the short bus ride into town. We felt extremely welcome, and everyone made a real effort to help us.

I really liked how peaceful the place was. The hotel is nice and clean, the room was lovely, and the lady was very polite. I’d definitely recommend it.

The host was so warm, welcoming, and helpful. Getting to the city centre by bus is easy, and there’s one every five minutes.
