Paola, the owner, was very friendly, and it was about a 15-minute walk into Como centre or 30 minutes to the lake. We had the whole Villa La Sirena for our family of eight, at a very good low price. The mansion felt spacious and had a lovely atmosphere, with a garden, free parking and a great view. Wi-Fi was included, though the connection could be better at times.

A beautiful villa in a great spot.

The welcome was warm and helpful, and the house has a lot of old-fashioned charm. Mornings were noisy, though, with traffic from the busy road and bells from the nearby church. Breakfast was basic and didn't live up to what I'd expect from a bed and breakfast.

Thanks, it was all right.
