The way the booking was handled left a really bad impression. They said an Airbnb system bug had shown the wrong price and that a minimum stay applied, then insisted Airbnb should cancel. That didn't seem right to me, especially since nothing happened on Airbnb's end. I asked them to cancel themselves, as Airbnb's policy allows, but they refused and eventually became rude. It felt like they were trying to avoid a possible host penalty for cancelling. If they'd simply owned the mistake and explained it clearly, that would've been fine. The whole “Airbnb bug” explanation felt off.

The garden and pool at Rustico Pastoria were the highlights for us, a little paradise, with deer coming by every evening while we ate outside. We spent two weeks there, and Valeria's parents put so much care into keeping everything lovely. There's a heated pool, barbecue area, outdoor dining tables, fresh herbs, and a playhouse with toys for children. The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed. Valeria and the whole Lake Project team were professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly. Thanks again, Valeria, for making us feel so welcome. I'd absolutely recommend it for a nature break.

The apartment was modern, clean, and had comfortable beds, and the owners were friendly. Kids have loads to do in the big garden, including a swing, table tennis, a little football pitch, and a playhouse. There’s a slightly heated pool, too. The spot is wonderfully quiet, away from the tourist bustle around Riva/Ledro, with mountains all around. I can’t think of a downside. Go, and book directly with the owner :)

The chalets are new, clean, and well equipped, tucked into nature in the heart of the Ledro valley. Kids can play in the little house, and the outdoor pool is lovely for relaxing while they have fun. We really recommend the place. It’d be nice to have a few more toys for the children, maybe a slide as well.
