The rooms were neat and clean, and we enjoyed the food at both lunch and dinner. Such lovely people, too. A really nice stay, highly recommended!

From the pool, the view up toward Contursi Terme, my parents’ home town, is amazing. It’s a chilled-out spot for a bit of sun and a swim, with a bar nearby for refreshments. The water is fresh and chlorinated, and the atmosphere is nice and relaxed. There’s plenty of parking, though the road down is long and winding. The pool can get crowded, so don’t assume empty loungers are free. The attendant keeps some available for people who’ve gone to eat at the restaurant and plan to come back. Entry is around €5 to €10 depending on when you arrive. The shallow end is about 1.2 m, and the deep end around 2.2 m.

The drive in is a little rough, but we had such a good time we were the last ones to leave. It’s a quaint, beautiful restaurant, with delicious food and warm, courteous staff. A huge fireplace greets you at the entrance, with seats and games for kids. They sell their own extra virgin olive oil and spectacular wine, too. We didn’t stay overnight, but could see the rooms from outside, and they looked well made. Highly recommended.
