We stayed here in winter, and our room was already warm when we arrived because the host had turned on the heat ahead of time. If you've been to Pulia in January, you'll know what a difference that makes. The room was quiet despite being close to the city center, so we could sleep without nearby party noise or loud music. It was spotless, had everything we needed, a very comfortable bed, and finally a good pillow. The host was friendly, too. Breakfast was amazing, with coffee and pastries plus cheese, meat, juice, and cakes. A proper breakfast, not the usual Italian version ;) Best b&b we've had in the region. Just an awesome place to stay.

Conversano turned out to be a great place to stay. Stefano and Doriana were among the best hosts we've ever had, with useful suggestions for sights, restaurants, bars, and wineries. The rooms had everything we needed, and breakfast was excellent, full of local food and freshly made treats.

Doriana &Stefano are what make Elementa so special. We felt cared for, and our breakfast conversations with them were a lovely, energizing way to start each day. Their homemade cakes, coffee, fresh orange juice, and jams were a whole symphony of flavors. The rooms are exceptionally clean and beautifully designed, with artistic drawings, and the place is only a few steps from the center of beautiful Conversano. For us, it was the best b&b in Southern Europe. We can't imagine a better vacation spot and will definitely return to Elementa.

The bedroom was perfect, and breakfast with Stefano and Doriana became an incredible Italian-style brunch and a chance to chat. Their homemade cakes and marmalades, local fruit, and so much more were amazing. Stefano is a professional chef. They're always around if you need help, and they're just as happy to share ideas for things to do and see. I've visited Puglia several times, but staying with them let me experience it like a local, and the southern Italian warmth was way beyond what I expected, even as an Italian. Can't wait to see them again! ♥️♥️♥️

Stefano and Doriane were so welcoming and friendly, and helped make our trip unforgettable. Staying here is a lovely way to experience the local culture. I'll definitely choose it again next time I'm in the Puglia region!
