The apartment has a spacious terrace and its own parking spot. The place is beautifully finished, with new, carefully chosen details and modern technology, including magnetic card access at both the main entrance and the apartment.

It’s a lovely, clean place in a fairly peaceful area, and everything is very well organized.

The walls are the weak point, since you can hear everything the neighbors say. Otherwise, it’s a new, functional, excellent property.

A lovely, peaceful place, and Mrs. Rossella is exceptionally kind.

The location is very strategic, with both the Adriatic and Ionian Seas just 15 minutes away. It’s a beautiful complex.
