A quiet location and simple, affordable accommodation, with a very pleasant breakfast included in the room rate. Good value for money.

The rooms were okay, though everything seemed to be the cheapest quality, and there was no atmosphere. In 90 degree heat the terrace had no shelter. There's a sand and gravel quarry next door, and the road in and out is dreadful in both directions. Wouldn't go back.

A nice place.

The breakfast is generous and delicious, with top-quality products, though it would be nice to have a savory option too. Parking is large and secure. The rooms could be improved, but they're functional, equipped with what you need, and spotlessly clean. Staff are extremely kind and available anytime. There's a nearby inert-material quarry that could disturb your sleep, though not too much. This feels more like a hotel than a B&B or guesthouse, and I'd recommend it with all my heart.

The owners made us feel welcome and were so kind. The property is modern, clean, and comfortable, and the beds are good. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful, and we had a great two-night stay. It's conveniently located, about 10 minutes from the Schiavonea seafront, with MD, Lidl, Conad, and Eurospin nearby, and the shopping center not far away. I'd gladly come back and highly recommend it. Top 🤩🤩
