We had to leave for the hospital early, so we told the owner not to put the breakfast brioche out. But at 6:20 AM, it was waiting for us anyway. Such a lovely surprise, and it made our day even better. The service is amazing. I only wish I could give more than 5 stars, because it deserves at least 10!

The owner was kind and respectful, and the service was excellent. It’s a very nice place to stay, with food and coffee available, plus Wi-Fi, AC, and a bathroom in each room. The bus station is nearby.

The breakfast buffet had plenty of sweet and savory choices, and Mr. Giuseppe was very kind and helpful throughout. Inside, our two-bed room felt spacious despite Booking.com describing it as small. It was spotless, well equipped, and had everything we needed. The bathroom, with its double sink, was just as clean. The whole place feels calm and relaxing, and it looks even better in person than in the photos. Getting there through the gate and between the two tidy green wings was a lovely welcome. The renovated building is beautifully kept. The view isn't blocked by nearby buildings, while Milan is still close and the highway is easy to reach, even if the area itself doesn't make you expect that.

The rooms are quiet and private, and came with thoughtful extras I don't find in every 4-star hotel. There was a beverage warmer, an espresso machine, and a few snacks. It's a comfortable B&B near the ring road, with hotel-level service. Both cleanliness and comfort were excellent, and the rooms had all the comforts you'd want. Definitely worth a visit.
