Our car was broken into in front of the hotel. The hotel says it isn’t responsible for the parking, though the staff were kind and tried to help. If I could give zero stars, I would. They deserve it.

4/10
The lift was painfully slow, the fridge wasn’t cold, and my room was 25°C with no way to turn it on. I was told it was too early in the season. The hotel itself feels very old.

8/10
The room was nice and warm, and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. It would have been five stars, but the restaurant waiters didn’t seem to manage very well.

There was a bad smell in the room, and noise came from other rooms and the corridor. Breakfast was poor, and so was dinner. Vegetarians and vegans should avoid it.

Great location, very good prices, and such lovely, welcoming people. Everything was very clean and wonderful.
