Silvia was lovely and made us feel at ease, and the room upstairs was beautiful. The location is perfect. There are quite a lot of stairs because it’s an old historic building, but this place is fabulous. I’d happily recommend it and book again next time I’m in Florence, stairs and all.

A beautiful place, but be ready for a lot of stairs. After a long journey, we really weren’t prepared for them.

I had a wonderful time here. The rooms were quiet, comfortable, and well equipped, and you’re right in the center, just steps from Florence’s many sights.
