The rooms were clean and cozy, and the owners were super nice. The shared bathrooms weren’t my favorite, though I understand it’s a house, and there’s no air conditioning. Apart from those things, I’d definitely recommend the place!

I felt right at home, and the staff were welcoming both before and after my trip. The owner was on hand with directions. It’s very close to the Navigli canals, and buses come every 10 minutes. The property is also well connected to the central station.

The room was spotless and the staff were so friendly. It’s a bit out of the way, and breakfast was a little light, which were the only small drawbacks. Otherwise, it was a very pleasant stay.

Getting there was a whole trek: subway, another subway, then a bus, followed by a two-block walk to the hostel at the back of a house. Breakfast was worse than a charity shop. As that Mexican song goes, “I won’t return, I swear to God who sees me.”

Such a kind welcome, and the place was comfortable and clean. Great value for money, too. They gave us a souvenir when we checked out. I’d definitely come back!
