The price was low and the location worked well, with public transport close by. But the room was dirty and barely furnished. There wasn’t even a duvet or kitchen utensils, despite the stove, and the shower water kept behaving unpredictably. It was okay for me alone, but I wouldn’t bring my wife or family.

My parents have stayed at the B&B La Residenza della Poessa twice now and have enjoyed both visits. Their room was spacious and clean, had all the comforts, and came with a lovely little balcony over the canal. They’re sure to come back a third time :)

I wouldn’t stay here again. The apartment felt dirty and old, and there was barely any hot water, so the high price didn’t feel justified. It’s also quite far from central Milan, and I didn’t feel safe in the area. The buses between the metro and the accommodation had plenty of shady-looking people, and the nearby streets were vandalized. That feeling of insecurity would make this a poor choice for families or a long stay.

The price seemed fair for what you get, and the room was comfortable for two, with what we needed for a short stay. Corsico isn’t a resort area, and I know it well: the location is semi-central, with downtown and the Co-op just two minutes away. Online check-in was handy, and the electronic keys gave us our own access. We were on the ground floor facing the street and had no issues.
