The pool and spa were a welcome way to unwind after hiking around Cortina d'Ampezzo, and the breakfast had plenty of choices. We stayed in a comfortable, elegant Junior Suite, with a fruit platter and sparkling wine waiting for us when we arrived. The staff were attentive, easy to reach on WhatsApp, and helped with local suggestions and dinner bookings for both nights. The hotel is outside walking distance of downtown. One evening we missed the shuttle after dinner, whose last run is at 8pm, but the front desk quickly arranged a taxi. We had a memorable stay and would happily return.

What made our honeymoon stay was the staff. They were so warm and attentive, even bringing medicine from town when my husband felt unwell. We loved the beautiful views and the location, close to town but not right in it. The breakfast buffet was a huge highlight, with so much delicious food. The pool and spa area is impressive, including an almost Olympic size pool. Our room was clean and lovely, and we enjoyed the restaurant too. We hope to come back someday.

The location is outside the city centre, but we picked it for the views and amenities. We had one snag on our first night when the shuttle took an hour to pick us up; after that, there were no issues. Vasili checked us in, showed us around the room and facility, and was very accommodating. Massimo made breakfast especially memorable with his enthusiasm and smile. I also appreciated the thoughtful touches, including a welcome gift, a personalized note, and a tote bag with flip flops.

It’s just outside the main area, so it’s peaceful while still making a good base for nearby attractions. There are a couple of free parking spots, though garage parking costs extra. The amenities are great, with a gym, sauna, steam room, pool, and indoor and outdoor hottub. Breakfast is top-notch, and the staff are exceptionally friendly.
