The room and amenities were nice, and the service and location were great. The parking information was wrong, though: it cost 30 euros a night, double the quoted 15. The plastic on the bed made it really hot. I'd stay again, but choose different parking.

We found the room really clean, and the staff were very friendly. The hotel is just a short walk from the Duomo di Milano, with plenty of restaurants and shops close by. I’d happily stay here again on my next trip to Milan.

Olga welcomed us at check-in, showed us around, and even helped us figure out dinner. She was lovely and knew the area well. The apartment is right in central Milan, an easy walk from the Duomo and close to both the metro and tram. There are also restaurants, a pharmacy, and other useful shops nearby. We’d recommend it and will probably come back.

We had a smooth check-in even though our flights went badly and we didn’t arrive until 2:30 in the morning, after reception had closed. As a family with a toddler, we really appreciated how easy it was to get into our room. It was spacious, with a balcony and kitchenette, and the price for what you get is excellent. We’ll use this aparthotel again next time we’re in Milan.

The front-desk staff were friendly and very helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the shower was excellent. The location was great too.
