We paid £800 for three nights, and it felt like a total rip-off. The listing says four stars, but I'd give it three at most. Street noise was bad, and the room was so hot that we couldn't sleep for three nights because the air conditioning hadn't been turned on. We booked specifically for air conditioning. When we asked, they first said no and told us to open the windows, then stopped responding. It was never available. The website says they offer something they don't, which felt like a scam. You've been warned, choose somewhere else.

I visited Borgonuovo Uno for the Mulac Cosmetics pop-up opening. The interior felt welcoming and looked appealing, and the staff were friendly, eager to help, and very helpful.
