We had to leave and find another place to stay, and we’ll probably be stuck with the costs. The accommodation was disgusting and expensive. The beds sagged, walls were dirty, floors stained, and furniture damaged. The heating didn’t work, and the replacement fan heater made the air so dry it was almost impossible to breathe while sleeping. There were strange things in the bed that looked like vermin droppings, and our inquiries were ignored. Do not book here!

It was far too expensive for what it was. Our room was never cleaned, even though they cleaned other rooms, and the AC unit was completely broken. When I pressed the on button, the whole thing fell off the wall. The walls are paper-thin, so I could hear every conversation from 3 down. There was loud music next to the hotel and constant noise coming from inside the walls. If you want to sleep, don’t stay here.

The front desk staff were the best part: everyone spoke clear English and was really nice and helpful. The hotel and location are okay for the price, and the car park felt safe. The rooms are a good size and laid out well. But the corridors were really dirty, with filthy carpets I’d just remove, our room smelled of cigarette smoke, and it wasn’t cleaned for days. There’s a nightclub or bar nearby playing loud music until 2 or 3AM, plus a train line right behind the hotel. Thanks for the time there. I’d definitely come back if improvements are made.

The location is good: it’s a 10 minute walk and 20 minutes by tram to the Duomo. We had a spacious family apartment with two rooms, a comfortable dining table, and a big bathroom. Unfortunately, the good points stop there. We were there with two kids, and the apartment was crazy cold because the heating wasn’t working. We got different explanations when we complained, like our room heater being broken or the heating not working across all Milan yet. They gave us a small electric heater and two extra bed covers, but there was no proper blanket or duvet in the room, just decorative bed covers that weren’t warm. On our last night, after we complained more, we got another heater that worked very well, but we’d already had three really cold nights. The whole apartment felt neglected and dirty, and it hadn’t been cleaned properly. There were cigarette burn marks everywhere, on the bed covers, curtains, and even the windowsill. The toilet kept running and couldn’t be stopped. It was very noisy and leaked outside, leaving the whole floor wet the entire time. There’s also a through station right behind the building, which made continuous noise. We could have checked that on the map beforehand, of course, but it was really noisy.
