I stayed for two wonderful weeks. Antonella, her sisters and the rest of the staff were great. There was a small booking mix-up, but they sorted it out. The place was immaculate, comfortable and in a lovely location, and the breakfast exceeded my expectations. One thing to keep in mind if you're carrying bags and don't have a car: the last couple hundred metres are uphill and there's no sidewalk. Drivers did give us space, but I'd take the bus or a cab if possible.

The room was great, but the hotel itself was just okay. Breakfast was rather poor, though at least the scrambled eggs were overdone. We wanted a better location, since the walk to the center near the hotel felt kind of dangerous. If we came back to Cortina, we'd definitely stay somewhere else.

The beds were comfy, the staff were friendly and really helpful, and breakfast was generous and good. The shutters made the room pitch black, which helped us sleep well. It’s a cute hotel, with excellent views like much of the town, and they’ll store your bags for €5 a day. A few things could be better: a holder for the shower head, more soundproofing, and a more central location. We were using public transport and had to walk along the road to get there.

The lift at Socrepes and Tofana were both incredibly close, which made getting out to ski so easy. My wife and I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Villa Nevada. Antonella was a warm, attentive host and made us feel welcome throughout. Breakfast had plenty of tasty choices, and housekeeping came each day. Our room was spotless, with what seemed to be a recently updated bathroom. We couldn't have asked for a better stay in Cortina.

We really liked the sound of the river at night, and enjoyed our stay despite not feeling particularly welcome when we arrived, perhaps because we were so obviously American? The rooms and decor were nice, breakfast was good, and everything was clean and comfortable. It was good value and especially convenient with a car.
