We’ve now stayed here twice and have been very happy both times. The rooms are lovely, clean and well kept, with housekeeping tidying them daily. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful, and made us feel welcome from the start. It’s well placed near the city centre, and the ski slopes are within walking distance too. A great spot for relaxing or getting outdoors. We’ll definitely return!

The hotel looks lovely, but we can’t risk staying there in future after how rigidly its non-refundable policy was applied. We paid $1100AUD in full last year for three nights, but our flights were cancelled because of the conflict in the Middle East and we can’t get there. Our stay is still two months away, in June 26, and it seems the room could easily be booked again. I asked to cancel and get credit for when flights resume, or a partial refund, but they refused any compensation and said we’d lose the full amount under the policy. What a shame.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Natale. The place was clean and comfortable, with helpful customer service, plenty of parking and a nice breakfast. It’s conveniently located for the city centre and lots of restaurants and shops. We’d highly recommend it.

We had such a lovely stay and didn’t want to leave! The hotel is beautiful, the facilities are amazing, and everything was exceptionally clean and tidy. Breakfast was amazing each morning too. The staff were the kindest, friendliest and most helpful people. At checkout, the receptionist helped us plan our journey back to Venice and showed us the quickest, easiest route. We can’t thank them enough for how attentive and welcoming they were. Thank you 🩵

The hotel’s central location made it easy to reach downtown Cortina’s restaurants and shops, and getting to the area’s major hikes was simple too. We had a wonderful stay: the room was clean and comfortable, with a recently remodeled bathroom, and the staff were great.
