Villa Nobile

What made the stay especially easy was having Gennaro, Raffaele, and their family nearby for help, suggestions, and reservations. Cortona is very close, with its trattorias, wine bars, shops, and wonderful views. It’s a medieval town worth visiting, and Saint Marguerite church, where the Saint’s incorrupt body is kept, is another sight to see. Villa Nobile is a lovely Tuscan-style home set among olive trees, vineyards, sunflower fields, and lemon trees. The rooms are nicely decorated and updated, and the grounds and views feel like a dream. I highly recommend it and will certainly return. It’s a true “Under the Tuscan Sun” experience.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, and we had absolutely nothing to complain about. Gennaro and his family were warm, flexible, and always ready to help with whatever we asked. Set right in the middle of Tuscany, this beautiful villa offers the kind of classic Italian stay you might expect from a movie, which feels pretty special if you're visiting from abroad. Definitely recommended!

We only had a week, so we’re already hoping to return next year. Gennaro and his fiancée gave us loads of good tips for the area, and we enjoyed a perfect breakfast with plenty of parking. My wife and I couldn’t have been happier with our stay. Communication with the owner, Gennaro Nobile, was great, and the mansion and garden were absolutely stunning, right in the middle of beautiful Tuscany. Keep up the excellent work 🧑‍🍳🤌👌

We stayed with our family of 11 at Villa Nobile for our wedding in August 2018, and it’s a trip we’ll never forget. We came from the U.S. with our immediate family and photographer, and everyone had comfortable accommodations. The villa has seven units, a mix of bedrooms and apartments, each with its own bathroom and AC unit. Raffaele and his son Gennaro did so much to make the day work, from coordinating vendors, flowers, decorations, and landscaping to handling all the other wedding details. We worked things out over many Skype calls, phone calls, and emails. Raffaele speaks English and Italian, and possibly more, which made planning much easier. When anything came up, he or Gennaro helped quickly. Raffaele also drove us in his mini bus to a group dinner and wine tasting in the scenic towns of Cortona and Monetpulciano. The grounds, pool, outdoor kitchen, and bbq were just right for our family. The property keeps getting improved each year, especially the shrubs, trees, and flowers. We can’t wait to come back to Tuscany and stay again.
