We were glad we stayed here, especially for the price. The staff were so helpful from the moment we pulled into the lot, offering us parking choices. Our room was roomy and comfortable, though the furniture and decor felt a bit old and worn. I’d been unsure after reading the reviews, but we had a lovely visit. My parents weren’t up for the rifugio hike, so they added another night and really liked breakfast: fruit, bread, croissants, bacon, eggs, and more. We booked on Booking.com. The rooms can hold more people than you might expect, so if you’re travelling in a bigger group, it’s worth contacting the hotel directly. There were five of us.

It’s been 28 years since I spent my honeymoon at Hote Miramonty, and I still remember it as a wonderful hotel with wonderful service. I’m already looking forward to going back for our 30th anniversary. Based on that stay, I’d recommend it 100%.

We found the room had a lovely view, and the hotel is close to several ski areas, ski schools, and hiking spots. There are also plenty of shops nearby, which was really convenient. I hadn’t booked ahead. I went straight to reception to ask about availability, and the staff were friendly and helpful, explaining what was available. They even let us see the room before we booked.

The rooms are big, even if the place feels a little old-fashioned. Reception and restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful, and we had a great stay. We’ll be back for the Sellaronda bike day :)

The room was a mess because staff had forgotten to clean one of the rooms we booked. The rooms smelled moldy, and the furniture wasn’t nice to look at. The hallways also had an unpleasant smell. Check-in took about 20 minutes, and they kept our passports the whole time. The price didn’t match the service at all. I felt I could’ve had a better time in jail. There were barely any parking spaces, and underground parking cost 30 euros. The Wi-Fi didn’t work, though they gave us a password. We did get two sparkling waters as a “present,” but I suspect their cost was already included in the room price. It was a terrible experience, a waste of money, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. The four stars were completely undeserved. I’d give it 1.5 at most.
