It was clean and cheap, but that was about it. There was no air conditioning, the room was up four flights of stairs, and the bathroom was shared.

The apartment was really nice and clean, and the price was very reasonable. The owners gave the three of us a warm welcome and were friendly and helpful. We had a long chat, and they suggested a few places to eat and stay. We’ll definitely come back.

The owners, Antonio and Viviana, were kind, friendly, and ready to help with whatever guests needed. I also got a lot of work done thanks to the very efficient Wi-Fi. The property is spotless and carefully maintained, with all the comforts you could want and a great breakfast. It’s about seven minutes from the center of Cosenza, easy to reach by public or private transport, and very good value. Highly recommended!

The house was lovely, and I had a great stay. It’s near the stadium, and the location didn’t seem ideal at first, but taxis make it easy to get around. The owners were incredibly kind: they picked us up from the station, took us shopping, and helped with everything we needed. They even lowered the price because we’d booked a double room but used it as a single. The prices are very low, and the rooms have TVs and cute bedside lamps.

The building is a little dated, but the rooms are beautiful and the shared areas are excellent. The owners really add to the experience, and the place is exceptionally clean. It’s in a quiet area and a good choice if you want to relax and unwind.
