We only stayed one night, but the price was fair and the owner was extremely kind. The apartment was huge for five people, with two large bedrooms, a living room and kitchen with a sofa bed, and two bathrooms with big showers. Everything was spotlessly clean and had all the comforts we needed. It’s right in central Cosenza, but away from the hustle and bustle. Highly recommended!

Andrei is very welcoming and friendly. When we arrived, there was fresh fruit and breakfast food waiting in the fridge. We’ve happily returned every year, and the apartments are great value. We’ve stayed in both: each is charming, comfortable, fully equipped, and tastefully furnished, with a lovely view from the foot of Cosenza’s old town. Highly recommended 👍

Breakfast was plentiful, with fresh oranges and yogurt tarts, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. We booked an overnight stay with another family on friends’ advice and after reading the reviews. The owners were very kind, and the location in Cosenza’s historic center was excellent. The rooms are really two mini apartments with everything you need: one has two bathrooms, and the other has a small garden. Top marks.

Right in the heart of Cosenza’s old town, this place is well situated. What are described as rooms are really two mini apartments, both with all the comforts you need. The owner was very welcoming, and breakfast included fresh seasonal produce. I’d definitely recommend it.

The homemade tart and traditional Calabrian pastries at breakfast were excellent. The building has been renovated and is in Cosenza’s old part; the rooms are spacious, carefully furnished, and equipped with every comfort. The owner is friendly and always available with information or help. Excellent stay, highly recommended if you’re in the area.
