I couldn't even shower properly because the second shower had no handles and the hot water was just a trickle. The apartment smelled musty in every room, with a rotten-fish smell in the kitchen. It was freezing, and most of the electric heaters were falling apart and had to be switched on one by one. Check-in was awful too: they made me go through a never-ending website process. After a 6-hour drive, I stood outside the apartment for 30 minutes in 0 degrees Celsius with my 1-year-old son. They even asked for a photo of him holding his ID, along with a thousand other details. Absurd. This was worse than what you'd get in the favelas.

The apartment is in the city center, and we found it clean. We also liked being able to check in automatically at any time. We completed the online check-in ahead of time because we'd read about guests losing time doing it at the last minute. The owners send the invitation as soon as you book, so anyone who leaves it until later is being negligent. The value for the price is excellent. Recommended.
