We felt right at home in the lovely cabin-style rooms, with glaciers all around the property. The food was delicious, and the people working there were warm and clearly care about what they do. We shared a bathroom, but it had all the sanitizing products we needed to feel safe, even beyond COVID. A marvel.

We thought the buffet was very mediocre for 160 euros for two nights, which felt overpriced to me. When we said so, the owner was unpleasant and simply told us to leave. The road up to the chalet was poor too, and she didn't even mention that. Absolutely not recommended.

The owner is unpleasant, and there isn't even a decent breakfast for 160 euros a night. This chalet is a disgrace. They’re thieves, that's all!

The meals were excellent and tasty, and the welcome from the staff was warm and courteous. It's a clean, inviting place with fair prices for such good conditions. The shared toilet and shower are still to a high standard. There are lots of outdoor games, so it's very suitable for children too.
