The service team were excellent, welcoming and always ready to help at the bar. On our last morning, they even opened the breakfast area early and made us coffee. The rooms have modern decor, while the shared spaces keep an alpine charm. It’s a real gem, well placed for town and its restaurants. The walk to the lift base is a bit of a hike, though in snowboard boots it was fine. In ski boots, renting a locker on the plateau saves a lot of effort. You can’t be ideally placed for both town and the lift in Courmayeur. I’d recommend staying here.

The breakfast was terrific and the staff were lovely. From what I experienced, the rooms are fairly compact but have great en suites. It’s a bit far to walk to the main ski lift in ski boots, in my opinion, though there are other options.

This family-run hotel was excellent, and we loved our stay during days 3-4 of the TMB. I wish we could have stayed longer. Our room was nicely appointed, with a good-sized bathroom and plenty of hot water. The hotel is only 200 m from the town’s main shopping area. Breakfast was one of the best buffets we’ve had, and they even had a basket of chocolates, a first for us!

Even though it's right in the heart of town, the hotel sits on a quiet pedestrian street. We loved the mountain and valley views, and the breakfast was excellent. The staff were so helpful that they even arranged an early breakfast when we needed one. It's a lovely family-run place, with a genuinely warm welcome and a private spa in the basement that you can book.

Via Roma is close by for food and shopping, and our room was clean and roomy. I loved Courmayeur and the hotel, too. We stayed two nights as a rest during our TMB, though I could happily have stayed another. Our friends said the massage therapist really understood what hikers needed, although his room was small and a little awkward for our very tall friend. I should have booked the spa for the following day as soon as we arrived. Waiting until that day didn't work out. Breakfast was wonderful. Hope that's helpful.
